About This Quote

"Chit" is a Sanskrit word relating to consciousness. In the Bhagavad Gita, Krishna tells Arjuna, "Your mind is consciousness in motion." He then explains that the mind is in motion because it is not in a state of constant awareness. There are "places or conditions" in which this motion can be stabilized or concentrated. This chit is the chit of one's consciousness when it is in a steady state, when it is in alignment with what you desire to experience in your life.
